Dyandra Raye founded Jo-Anne Vernay luxury vegan footwear made from fruit during her 15-year fashion & retail career. Halfway through her journey in both corporate fashion and entrepreneurship, Dyandra went vegan for lifestyle, health, and environmental reasons. Her career focus and wardrobe then became nontoxic eco-friendly fashion. After noticing a void in the market for luxury fashion footwear that were mainly biodegradable and not pumped with polyurethanes and animal leathers, Jo-Anne Vernay was created.  

Since its inception Jo-Anne Vernay has been featured in publications like Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire, and supported by brands like Samsung & Harlem’s Fashion Row.
