Fashion Merchant

Dyandra Raye’s 15-year career in fashion merchandising began after earning her degree in Economics from Spelman College. Shortly after, she pivoted into the fashion industry, launching her career as a buyer for esteemed brands such as Neiman Marcus and Robert Graham. She honed her skills in trend forecasting, vendor negotiations, and luxury merchandising, gaining a strong foundation in assortment planning and customer behavior within the luxury retail space.

To deepen her education, Dyandra completed a Master’s in Global Fashion Enterprise. Following graduation, she held leadership roles in divisional merchandising and eCommerce management at brands including BCBG, Republic Clothing Group, Torrid, and others, working across both corporate and digitally native spaces with a focus on growth and brand alignment.
